Tracheotomy Care and Percurancous Endoscopic Gastronomy (PEG) feeding
Social support i.e attending college, day services, Shopping.
Assist with medication
Assist with domestic duties.
Assist with meal preparation.
All our service users have their own individualised care plan which we draw up with the service user Service users have a team of staff who know their likes and dislikes. We agree with the service user and the family the size of the care team prior to care starting. Each Staff member has to undergo a rigorous recruitment process which includes Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) check before commencing employment and then full training before delivering care. Each week our service users receive a visit schedule detailing which care worker will be doing which visit and the allocated time we agree on with you is the allocated time our care staff will attend.
To ensure we deliver a quality service we carry out spot checks and supervisions on staff and seek feedback from service users on a regular basis in the form of reviews and surveys.
